Our repair department is ready to service your PC or laptop.  We also build, install computers and networks for home and small businesses (wireless installation and/or servers).

Common Desktop PC problems:

• Computer has slow boot or won't boot
• Can't get online
• It runs too slowly
• Ran out of hard drive space
• Want a DVD or CD burner drive
• Need a faster processor, more memory
• We can do hardware upgrades, or software upgrades.

Common Laptop problems:

• Power plug connection is bad
• Screen is dark
• New Battery installation
• Over heating
• New Audio card for recording etc.
• Upgrade of Memory, Hard Drives, DVD or Blue-Ray burner

Our repair department will take care of your pc repair needs! We also custom build computers to your specifications, minimizing the cost of spending by not using components that you won't ever need.

Common Questions

What do I need to know before I have a technician service my equipment at my home or office?
A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. We must receive full access to the computer(s) and/or other equipment/peripheral(s) to be serviced, your cooperation and consent to enter your business or residence, a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.

My computer is slow; it may be infected with a virus/adware/spyware etc... what do I need to do before a technician services our equipment?
It is preferrable that you have any discs and software that came with your computer, printer, digital camera, etc. handy before we come over to ensure getting the job done quickly and efficiently.  This will most likely save time and money on your end as well.

What are your fees?
We charge by the hour.  The first hour is $50 and each hour after will be $30 each.  This as you will find is alot less than the competition like Geeksquad or PCHelp.  If the destination is somewhat far from Downtown Charleston (more than 30 minutes), there will be a travel fee.
